Maud Taghon

Maud is an independent Life and Career Transition coach who works more specifically with clients who are in transition periods or struggling with intercultural and relocation issues. Her extensive international experience has made her passionate about working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds to help them find fulfillment and balance in their professional and personal lives.

Maud is a very energetic and intuitive coach, whose comfort zone lies within change. She challenges her clients to move forwards, helping them to overcome limiting self-beliefs and fears, and building confidence to identify and reach their goals. Maud is a firm believer in people’s capacity to reinvent themselves if they are willing to stretch out of their comfort zone.

Originally from France, she can be tagged as a world citizen, as she has lived in 11 countries across 4 continents, working in Human Resources and Marketing Communication roles for top multinationals (Philip Morris, Shell) as well as small start-ups, in France, Spain, Switzerland, Mexico, Colombia, and Russia. As a result, she has a strong multi-cultural mindset and a wealth of experience in the discomfort felt during transition periods, be it a career transition, relocation, or adapting to a new culture. Maud is also skilled in resume writing, interviewing and networking techniques. She works closely with her clients to help them identify their strengths to better market themselves to potential employers, or simply to discover new perspectives in the way they live their lives.
