Meet Lynda Croft

For forty years, I have worked alongside leaders, managers and organisations, helping them develop confident leaders and unlocking the potential that already exists within their people. During my career I have supported organisations to develop people, strengthen leadership and talent, and navigate organisational change.

My career spans insurance, engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, NHS, Higher education, biomedical research, charities and the public sector, giving me a unique understanding of the challenges leaders face across different industries.

Originally from South Africa and based in the UK since 2002, I combine decades of practical leadership experience, and professional coaching and consulting experience with academic, and professional rigour.

My approach brings together executive coaching, leadership coaching and development, and organisational consultancy to create meaningful, measurable change.

Clients value my calm, thoughtful approach, my ability to ask good questions and my commitment to creating a confidential space where people feel supported, challenged and motivated to grow.
